I rarely can’t find the words to describe what is going on in my life. Maybe because the last year my life’s been pretty typical since I left teaching. Maybe I just don’t know how to make the unexciting interesting, or the interesting exciting. For the last few days, I’ve been trying to find a way to write down my thoughts, not just in the blog, but any old way. I can’t seem to put the words together to explain it.
Or, it could be the result of something deeper. You ever think that good things will go away if you say them out loud?
Brian’s been in town the last few days. It’s funny to have someone around who has known you nearly a quarter of your life. Little you can hide, nothing you can run away from. I get called out on everything when he is around. It’s nice to be accountable again. Shame he goes back on Monday because I love having him around.
I love how you went from being ‘productive’ to writer’s block in 3 days.
