I had a conversation with someone today about the perfect day, and I had such a great morning, I started thinking about what my perfect day would look like. These are some activities I’d like to take place on my perfect day:
- Wake-up early Sunday. Walk Layla to a local breakfast place and eat out on the patio: me pancakes, her a plate of bacon.
- Spend some time at the local dog park running around and playing with dogs.
- Lunch at a hot wings/bar watching soccer or a college sport (no professional)
- Going to a baseball games
- If I were married (which isn’t necessary for the perfect day by the way) it’d be a nice part of the day to go cheer on my husband’s ultimate frisbee team or something of that nature.
- Body surfing or spending time playing volleyball on the beach
- Eating homemade popcorn while watching either the Star Wars Triology, Indiana Jones or The Sweetest Thing
- Coldstone with marshmallows!
- A great bar and lots of dancing
- Sitting on the back porch and watching it rain while reading a good book
- Driving fast down an abandoned highway with the windows rolled down and Queen blasting on the radio
- Falling asleep under the stars with a whole bunch of friends around a bonfire
- A game of Dirty Jenga, Catch Phrase or Trivial Pursuit
