I have arrived!

I am here! Hello CHANDLER, AZ!! And it’s beautiful! I’m totally in love with the fact that I have 2 malls with 10 minute driving distance. ASU is also a fantastic campus. I’m glad I’m not an undergrad however because it’s huge! My classes are in one area in the corner of campus, so that makes my life much easier. Downtown Phoenix is no Chicago however, and leaves much to be desired. But I’ve got Chandler, Scottsdale and Tempe to entertain me.

As for roomies, they are great! To protect the innocent, I will refer to them as Izzie and Vance. Izzie is an IKEA addict and we hit if off right away. Vance is older and totally mature, which makes me feel so young for the first time in 5 years. The house is very nice, though my room is slightly small. I’ll be sure to send pics the minute I have a change to.

Layla and Lily are still getting used to each other. They pretty much chase each other non stop and wrestle, so we only allow them to be together for a few hours a day. I can’t wait to take Layla to a dog park so she can get over her fear of dogs )
