Afternoonish

You know how there are morning people? I have debated this trait for a long time and have determined that I am a morning and late evening person. I enjoy getting up early in the morning (5:15am) and arriving at my job by 6:15am. I start my day off with a sense of accomplishment, feeling like I actually got work done for once. I feel well nourished, as my breakfasts are usually the most sensible meal out of my day.

In the late evening (past say 7:00pm) is when I seem to get a second wind after my day. I’ve eaten dinner and can even manage a rollerblade outing with Layla. I tend to get hyper even at times.

However, I am most definately NOT an afternoon person. I hate the time from after lunch until about 5pm. My afternoon classes are always the ones I get the most tired in. I always get my headaches in the afternoons. I’m hungry, grumpy and just want to go home.

I’m not afternoonish.

    You need to eat a snack in the afternoon to keep your energy up.

    Or, just move to Mexico and have siestas everyday!
